LAAS - LIEN 'A AUTOMATIC SYSTEM

Traditionally, Latex foam production method would be using moulds that yield one latex core at a time. Realizing the limitation of this method, Lien 'A production team, with immense creativity and enthusiasm for pushing boundaries, has succeeded in launching Lien 'A Automatic System, also known as LAAS . This state-of-the-art technology allowed us to produce 100% natural latex on a continuous pour line with thickness up to 15cm. 

With LAAS, we have applied modern and green technology to production, strengthen product quality control, automated key processes that requires high level of accuracy, and most importantly, save energy and natural resources used in production.
